This amazing event brought to you on Friday 24th June 2011, by Tim Brocklehurst, Tim Dobson, Mowbray Jackson and Eliza Cockerell is now live.
It will be a great day out where four teams will play in three 20:20 matches starting at 10.00am to raise money for Help For Heroes and Walking For Wounded.
The teams will contain celebrities, amateur cricketers and ex professionals. The standard will be mixed and all players will bring supporters and followers to the party.
The challenge is for every player to be wearing flannels (sponsorship available) and to raise as much as possible for our two noble causes.
So, put the date in the diary Friday 24th June 10am to 8pm at Burton’s Court,Chelsea.
To get hold of tickets and read more about the event you need to go to www.flannels4heroes.co.uk.
There are two types of tickets available so why not make it a fun day out and get your friends together and have a picnic or maybe even consider sponsoring an element of the day for this very worthy cause.
**Day Tickets**: Adults: £20.00, Children under 15: £0.00
For those entering at this price there will be food and drink available to buy around the ground, plus additional entertainment other than the cricket. This
is a great family day out and remember, everything goes to the Heroes. We might also have a limited number of car-parking tickets
**Hospitality tickets**: Cost: £100 per person, or £1,000 per table of ten.
Dress up for the member’s enclosure – rub shoulders with players, captains, celebrities, sponsors and heroes! These tickets include lunch (including bottle of wine per 2) and tea; in other words full hospitality with the option to buy further refreshment if needed. Again – all proceeds go to the Heroes. Is it time you treated your staff or your clients to a great day out? Friday 24th June at Flannels For Heroes is it! Be quick though, only a few tables remain.
You can even play but be quick as it is a question of bidding to get your place:
HOW DO I GET TO PLAY? There are several player places available, but they are going at a premium and could be as much as £250 for non-pros and non-celebs. Any places we have will be offered to ticket holders first, so be sure to get a day pass early.
Numerous sponsorship opportunities are also available, to suit all budgets and I am looking at taking out half a page in the souvenir programme. To discuss sponsorship you need to contact Mowbray Jackson on email@example.com.
See you their, picnic in hand and let’s raise a few pounds for flannels4heroes.
