Maybe I shouldn’t really admit this, but usually I don’t get involved directly with the client and choosing the jewellery but yesterday I introduced my client to Andrew Prince and sat in on the meeting and was blown away.
My client had an interest in jewellery as presently studying it and therefore knew all about the grades of diamonds which made me feel a little stupid but I am sure that it’s not always the case that brides are studying jewellery specialising in diamonds!
Andrew instantly produced some amazing pieces that suited my client resulting in her being in second heaven and was totally engaged in what Andrew was showing her and after two and half hours we had the completed the look for her wedding day to match the Vera Wang (Eliza) dress.
For me it was like being a child in a sweat shop, so much choice of exquisite pieces.
However, you might have so much choice but not all the pieces are going to suit you and the way Andrew Prince, with his years of expertise described the importance of selecting the correct piece such as considering the face shapes, bone structure, and skin tone was outstanding. Then, considering which pieces would suit the style of the dress and the chosen hair style and also the piece needs to reflect you, the bride.
Jewellery is to be worn as it is a piece of art, to be admired and this in turn makes the person wearing it feels a million dollars and that is key for the bride on her wedding day.
While my client and Andrew looked at all the pieces she required, I observed that more than four couples came in to the shop asking about engagement rings and the service was outstanding. In fact, I spoke to one couple who were considering the rings and she had clocked us doing tiaras and other bits and pieces so I joked with the groom that this was the next stage choosing all the accessories and he went white.
For an experience with a true professional when deciding what pieces of jewellery you require whether it is the engagement ring or the accessories for the day or for the future such as eternity rings you need to speak to Andrew Prince as he made my clients experience magically and let’s face it that is what a bride wants to be a ‘princess’ for the day.
